This program is one of the least restrictive programs. It requires an investment of 350,000EUR into a property in Portugal, directly in the name of the investor.There is also no requirement to stay in Portugal, only to visit once a year,for one week.
There are additional fees of 50,000 EUR for all case processing fees in Portugal,which covers the case for the entire family.
There is a service attached to this program which gives a free tour of the property,hotel lodging and boarding,along with airport pick-ups,drop-offs,and full service in Portugal after registration,all free of cost.
